The Role

You’ll support our Supervising Producer and production team in crafting memorable brand experiences — from immersive pop-ups to large-scale activations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1–3 years in an agency or production setting) who’s ready to step up, manage smaller projects independently, and explore the intersection of experiential storytelling and emerging technology.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in producing experiential campaigns from concept through wrap.

  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, timelines, and budgets.

  • Manage small-scale activations independently.

  • Collaborate with Creative, Account, and Project Management teams to deliver exceptional work.

  • Explore and integrate emerging technologies (AI, AR, VR, interactive media) into experiences.

  • Support on-site production — ensuring events run smoothly and on schedule.

What You Bring
  • 1–4 years of experience in experiential, event, or integrated production (agency preferred).

  • Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Comfort juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Curiosity about technology, innovation, and the future of experiential.

  • Experience with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%) and support occasional evening/weekend activations.

The Hybrid Work Model

  • Work Model: IW Group supports a hybrid work schedule. Teams are required to work in-office at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Work Environment: This role is based primarily in the IW Group office and may also involve working at client sites or other designated locations.
  • Work Hours: Project timelines may occasionally require extended hours, including evenings or weekends.
  • Travel and Events: This role may involve working outside the office for client events and may include occasional travel beyond the local area, including national or international locations.

Physical Requirements
