Compensation:$150,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up habits
- Driven and self motivated
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Demonstrated strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
- Ability to work independently within a team framework
- Active Pennsylvania real estate license (preferred)
