We are currently looking for a Presales Solutions Architect Observability in India.This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer engagement, supporting organizations on their observability and digital transformation journeys. You will act as a trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales phase, helping customers understand how modern monitoring and observability solutions can drive measurable business outcomes. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner closely with sales, delivery, and engineering teams. The position combines consultative solution design, live demonstrations, and thought leadership. You will engage with both technically mature organizations and those just beginning their observability journey. Your impact will be visible across customer success, sales enablement, and technical innovation.Accountabilities:

• Partner with sales teams in customer and prospect meetings to drive discovery, solution alignment, and successful pre-sales engagements
• Consult with customers to understand business objectives, technical challenges, and observability maturity, translating them into outcome-driven solutions
• Architect observability and monitoring solutions independently and collaboratively across multi-vendor environments
• Deliver live demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes showcasing platform capabilities
• Lead technical workshops, enablement sessions, and solution walkthroughs for customers and internal teams
• Provide subject-matter expertise across observability, APM, log analytics, SIEM, telemetry pipelines, and streaming data architectures
• Develop documentation, solution designs, pricing inputs, and statements of work
• Maintain demo environments, create reusable solution content, and contribute thought leadership to internal and external audiences

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical consulting or pre-sales role advising enterprise customers
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with full-stack observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Elastic, or similar
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and change management tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or LogicMonitor
• Strong background in log management solutions and telemetry collection pipelines
• Enterprise-level experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, system administration, and automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Proven ability to design cross-vendor architectures and evaluate emerging technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills with strong technical aptitude
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to lead technically and thrive in a fast-growing environment
