About This Position

PIPECARE Group is looking for the Global Production Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing and production operations across all global facilities with a strong focus on automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency. This role ensures that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met while leveraging automation technologies to drive productivity and reduce costs.

Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities

Global Production Oversight
  • Manage and coordinate production activities across multiple international facilities.
  • Establish standardized production processes, KPIs, and reporting structures for global operations.
  • Ensure production schedules are aligned with demand forecasts and business goals.
Automation & Process Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to implement automation technologies in production lines.
  • Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency, reduce cycle times, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Work with engineering teams to integrate robotics, AI, IoT, and other automation solutions.
Quality and Compliance
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and operational compliance in all facilities.
  • Ensure adherence to international safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop production managers and staff across global sites.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Facilitate training programs for automation technologies and production best practices.

Strategic Planning & Reporting
  • Develop and execute production strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor key production metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure seamless operations.
Skills/Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or related field;
    • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in production management, with at least 3 years in a global/automated production environment.
    • Strong expertise in automation technologies, industrial robotics, process control systems, and smart manufacturing.
    • Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, lean manufacturing, and cost optimization.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Ability to travel internationally to oversee global operations as needed.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
  • Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
  • Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
  • Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
  • Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
