- Support the Sr. Consultant in guiding customers through the programming and visioning phase.
- Produce programmatic reports, sketches, and budgets for client communications.
- Lead project meetings, document minutes, and maintain action items.
- Assist in gathering and documenting customer requirements during user meetings.
- Develop detailed design documents including specifications and drawings.
- Help in creating RFPs for equipment/services and assist in proposal evaluations.
- Oversee construction phases and conduct site visits for quality assurance.
- Manage punch lists and support system commissioning and user training.
- Attend professional development seminars to stay updated on industry trends.
- 5-10 years of experience in ICT technology is essential.
- Experience in aviation projects is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and productivity tools.
- Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Skilled in developing ICT system designs and specifications.
- Familiarity with all phases of building construction planning and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to learning new software and technology.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related and industry events.
