- Lead data engineering, analytics, and digital transformation projects from strategy through implementation
- Advise senior and C-level stakeholders on data strategy, governance, architecture, and technology adoption
- Architect and deploy enterprise-scale data platforms, pipelines, and cloud-native solutions (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
- Oversee ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data quality frameworks for complex organizations
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps balancing scalability, innovation, and operational efficiency
- Mentor and develop technical teams and consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Contribute to business development through proposals, client pitches, and thought leadership initiatives
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in data engineering, AI/ML, and cloud platforms
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in data engineering, architecture, or analytics consulting, including at least 2 years in a leadership/management role
- Proven success in client-facing consulting engagements and ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, and modern data engineering tools
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and Snowflake
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, governance, quality, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, IFRS17)
- Track record of enabling analytics, BI, and AI/ML initiatives in complex environments
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, Databricks, Snowflake) are a plus
- Ability to travel based on project/client needs
- Participation in corporate bonus program (approx. 15% of base for achieving baseline targets)
