Schedule: Monday โ Friday | 8:00 AM โ 5:00 PM
๐ Record Retrieval & Coordination:
Proactively reach out to record custodians and facilities to expedite document retrieval.
๐ค Client & Facility Support:
Maintain strong relationships with clients and facility personnel, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
๐๏ธ Data Entry & Tracking:
Enter and track record requests in our systems, keeping accurate client and facility databases.
๐ข Status Updates & Issue Resolution:
Provide regular updates on order statuses and resolve client inquiries or complaints related to services and products.
๐ Project & Standards Compliance:
Handle special projects and ensure compliance with safety and work standards.
๐ Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
๐ Experience:
3โ5 years of experience in customer service or client management, with a preference for backgrounds in legal or medical retrieval.
๐ง Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
๐ช Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds and ability to focus on detailed documents.
