The Project Administrator for Commercial Roofing plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of roofing projects from inception to completion. The Project Administrator contributes to the overall efficiency and profitability of the roofing projects and is vital in delivering high-quality roofing solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project administration, preferably in the roofing and/or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with commercial roofing systems.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Leadership experience of at least 3 years.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of roofing projects.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, purchase/change orders, and invoices.
  • Facilitate communication between project management teams, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Monitor in-house inventory movement, deliveries and purchasing.
  • Prepare subcontractor payroll.

Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant.
