In this role, you will join the Billing & Accounts Receivable team, playing a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and operational excellence for our cross-border operations. You will act as a bridge between administration and technology, supporting the maintenance of dashboards and participating in the optimization of ERP systems like SAP.

What you can expect from this role (Responsibilities)

Execute monthly billing for cross-border merchants and manage local-to-local invoicing across identified countries.
Perform control calculations for minimal fees and installments, sharing comparisons where system automation is still under adjustment.
Manage intercompany invoicing, including upload, reporting, and control processes.
Handle the emission of Credit and Debit Notes, as well as mandate fees, ensuring proper collections activity on merchants.
Maintain Monday Dashboards for the B&AR area to ensure visibility and data accuracy.
Support the Billing & AR Lead and Senior Analysts in categorization reviews, month-end reporting, and the execution of SoX controls.
Contribute to special projects and business process transformation, escalating expense disputes when necessary.
Ensure full compliance with financial policies, procedures, and agile process methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or a similar field.
Solid understanding of end-to-end administration processes and general business acumen.
Prior experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable within global companies operating under SOX control environments.
Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with integration systems.
Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) for international collaboration.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in multi-cultural/multi-timezone virtual teams.

Nice to have

Prior knowledge of SAP and Monday.com systems.
Experience in the Payments Industry, Fintech, or Digital Banking.
Knowledge of Agile methodology, Six Sigma, or Project Management certifications.
Previous contribution as a Key User in system implementations or RPA projects.
Command of the Portuguese language.
