  • Create and adapt visual assets and written content that reflect brand voice and resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Manage budgets, external agencies, and contractors to support social and community objectives.
  • Oversee specific community programs, including Reddit and other emerging platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.
  • Track performance across social and community channels and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 46+ years of experience managing social media and/or online communities for B2B, SaaS, or technology-focused companies.
  • Proven ability to manage social channels end-to-end, including strategy, execution, reporting, and hands-on community engagement.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience adapting tone, voice, and messaging across platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and basic design/editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, creativity, and curiosity, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Benefits:
  • Inclusive health, dental, and vision coverage starting on Day 1, including employer HSA contributions.
  • Generous paid parental leave and reproductive/family planning support.
  • Robust mental health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support.
  • Flexible PTO policy, summer hours, and home office reimbursement.
  • 401(k) with employer match, stock options, and access to financial planning support.
  • Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance options.
