Full-Time | Remote with Regular On-Site Travel to Los Angeles | $90,000–$100,000 Base + Bonus Potential

This is a remote role with regular travel to our Los Angeles offices as needed. Frequency is based on practice needs and may vary.

• 4+ years in healthcare operations, practice management, or a comparable leadership role
• Payroll ownership experience, you've run it, kept it clean, and owned the outcome
• Proven people leadership, warm, direct, accountable, and emotionally attuned
• Experience driving operational consistency and follow-through across systems
• Working knowledge of California employment laws, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance
• Tech fluency across payroll platforms, EHR systems, and project management tools
• A genuine connection to trauma-informed, whole-person mental health care
• Experience in a behavioral health or psychotherapy practice strongly preferred
