Practice Manager at Zeeva Care – Los Angeles, California
About This Position
Full-Time | Remote with Regular On-Site Travel to Los Angeles | $90,000–$100,000 Base + Bonus Potential
This is a remote role with regular travel to our Los Angeles offices as needed. Frequency is based on practice needs and may vary.
This Isn't Just a Practice Manager Role. It's a leadership seat in a values-driven psychotherapy practice that believes excellence and humanity belong together.
We are a woman and LCSW-owned psychotherapy practice known for doing something rare: delivering premium, high-quality therapy while remaining deeply committed to accessibility, including working with Medi-Cal and Medicare.
We lead from a supportive, honest, and human-first approach centered around our core values, while holding a high bar for quality, systems, and accountability.
The founder is deeply involved and passionate. We will see you, challenge you, and invest in you.
If you're the kind of person who sees every operational challenge as a puzzle worth solving together, and who wants their work to ripple out into the world and create real meaning... you are exactly who we've been looking for.
OUR MISSION
To care for one another, bring light to the world, and advance trauma-informed, whole-person mental health: one life, one family, one community at a time.
OUR CORE VALUES
Heart-Centered. Empathy leads. We show up warm, present, grounded, and authentically human — with our clients, our colleagues, and ourselves.
Inspired Learning. We are forever students. Curiosity and lifelong learning are in our DNA. We seek wisdom, evolve our skills, and never stop growing.
Dedicated to Excellence. Uncompromising quality and exceptional work honor the sacred trust our clients, clinicians, and community place in us.
The Power of We. No one works alone. We practice generosity, collaboration, and collective wisdom. We are intentional go-givers who show up fully for the whole team.
Brave Reflection. We look inward with courage and honesty. We build through active feedback, accountability, and the kind of vulnerable openness that makes us better — individually and together.

THE ROLE
This is not just an operations role.
You will work side by side with the founder, someone who is deeply invested in this practice, in this mission, and in you. You will lean on each other. You will push each other. You will make each other better. And you will build something together that is bigger than either of you could build alone.
At Zeeva, we value the human behind every clinician, every client, every team member and we need a Practice Manager who leads that same way. Someone who listens to people's stories, holds accountability with warmth, and understands that clarity is kind and reflection is brave.
You will be in the middle of everything: running operations, leading people, tracking what matters, and carrying our mission into the community. If you’re excited for the challenge, together we will impact the world greatly. Bring your whole self, live our values, give it everything and we will do the same for you. Your career here grows in scope, responsibility, and compensation because that is what you deserve when you show up that way.
This is your career home. If you want it.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- People, culture, and team leadership
- Systems, SOPs, and operational consistency
- KPI tracking and performance management
- Payroll, HR, and compliance oversight
- Recruitment support and full onboarding ownership
- Billing and credentialing partner accountability
- Community relationships and external partnerships
WHO YOU ARE
You show up fully - not because you have to, but because you want to. Because the work matters and you know it.
You have the tenacity to push through hard things and the emotional intelligence to do it with people, not at them. You listen deeply. You see people for who they are - wholly, not just professionally - and that shapes how you lead, how you hold accountability, and how you build trust.
You are no-nonsense and no-ego. You say what needs to be said, you own what needs to be owned, and you never stop asking how to be better. Brave reflection isn't a value you admire from a distance - it's something you live. You actively seek feedback, give it generously, and use it to grow.
You see around corners. You bring solutions, not just problems. You take initiative and keep the rest of the team informed - because great teamwork means no surprises. You don't wait to be told what needs to happen. You already know, you're already moving, and you bring people along with you.
You are reliable in the way that really counts - not just showing up, but showing up fully, every single time. People never have to wonder if something is handled. With you, it is.
You make the people around you better - and you are made better by them. This is a true partnership. The founder will challenge you, inspire you, and invest in you. You will do the same in return.
You don't just work at Zeeva. You get Zeeva. You champion it, you breathe it, you want to see it flourish - and you have the capacity, the hunger, and the heart to make that happen.
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF...
You want a career home, not just a job. You are energized by growth - your own and the people around you. You believe that whole-person care starts with how we treat each other internally. And the idea of building something deeply meaningful, in true partnership with a founder who is all in - genuinely excites you.
