The FIRE Restaurant is seeking a Hotel Restaurant Server Assistant or Restaurant Busser

Hourly Rate Range is $19.29-$20.29 an hour

We bring Denver's spirit indoors with curated artwork throughout the hotel, and mountain and city views at every turn. See downtown from a new vantage at our rooftop bar and restaurant. - Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Restaurant Server Assistant or Restaurant Busser include:
- Table Maintenance: Promptly clearing used tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
- Table Resetting: Setting tables with appropriate tableware, glassware, and linens for new guests.
- Support to Servers: Assisting servers by refilling beverages, delivering food items, and responding to guest requests.
- Cleaning Duties: Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area by sweeping floors, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
What We Are Looking for in a Hotel Restaurant Server or Restaurant Busser include:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Previous experience working in food service is preferred
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
