Data Entry Specialist at Master Muffler Shops Inc – BLUFFDALE, Utah

Master AutoTech is looking for a detail-loving, people-friendly Data Entry Specialist who brings positive energy to the office and enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally happy, a little spunky, and takes pride in doing things right while also being a friendly face for coworkers and customers alike.

You’ll be a key part of our office team, supporting daily operations through accurate data entry in QuickBooks, strong customer service, and general administrative support. • Accurately enter and maintain data in QuickBooks and internal systems
• Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable data entry (no accounting degree required)
• Scan, upload, organize, and manage digital and physical documents
• Maintain neat and efficient filing systems
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Support the Office Manager and Executive Team with administrative tasks
• Help keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
• Protect confidentiality while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Contribute to a positive, upbeat office culture that teammates enjoy coming to every day

• QuickBooks experience required
• Strong data entry and typing accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
