Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards

• Assisting with daily production planning and workflow

• Monitoring stock levels and minimising wastage

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and food-safe work environment

• Working collaboratively within a structured kitchen team

About You

• Qualified Pastry Chef

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in pastry

• Strong technical skills across a range of pastry products

• Organised, reliable, and efficient

• Able to work early starts and weekends

• Team-focused with a positive, professional attitude
