You will oversee contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Accountabilities:

Lead construction and remodel projects, including capital initiatives, equipment rollouts, and site improvements.
Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
Manage project lifecycle activities from initiation to closing, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate cross-departmental teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Civil or MEP), Construction Management, or related field.

Knowledge of construction processes, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reasoning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project budgeting/financial analysis.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring associates.
