We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to manage and optimize email marketing campaigns across multiple venues. In this role, you will combine creativity and data analysis to enhance customer engagement, improve segmentation, and support broader marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align campaigns with overall brand objectives, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while developing expertise in CRM systems, automation, and digital marketing best practices.
Accountabilities:- Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns and automations to drive engagement and enhance customer experiences across multiple venues.
- Design and implement A/B tests and lead generation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain and refine customer segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure messaging reaches the right audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives and brand objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics weekly, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Participate in meetings and presentations, offering data-driven insights to guide marketing strategies.
- Stay current on CRM trends, email marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance campaign performance.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, sports, or events industries.
- Hands-on experience with ESP platforms such as Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with GA4 and email performance reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for sports, live events, or entertainment marketing is a plus.
