Director of Technology Alliances

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Technology Alliances in the United States.
This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of cybersecurity innovation and high-impact partnerships. You will drive technology alliances that strengthen integrated security solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Acting as a key connector between product, sales, marketing, and external technology partners, you will design and execute joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue and customer success. The role combines deep technical expertise in the SOC ecosystem with executive-level influence and measurable business ownership. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoy transforming partnerships into scalable growth engines, this opportunity offers both visibility and impact.
Accountabilities:
  • Identify and develop high-value technology integrations by collaborating with product and solution architecture teams to align roadmaps and technical capabilities with alliance partners.
  • Design and execute co-build, co-marketing, and co-selling strategies that generate measurable pipeline growth and shared revenue outcomes.
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to create Better Together messaging, campaigns, and field enablement initiatives.
  • Support joint sales engagements by participating in account mapping sessions, customer meetings, and channel conversations to accelerate deal progression and closure.
  • Define and track alliance performance metrics, including sourced opportunities, referral registrations, integration milestones, and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Strengthen and evolve the technology alliances program and partner portal to enhance automation, scalability, and partner experience.
  • Foster executive-level relationships across alliance partners, aligning leadership stakeholders around shared objectives and mutual growth strategies.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity alliance management, business development, or joint go-to-market leadership roles.
  • Deep technical understanding of the Security Operations Center (SOC) ecosystem, including technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, XDR, CDR, ITDR, SSE/SASE, and virtual firewalls.
  • Experience collaborating with leading cybersecurity vendors in co-selling and integration programs.
  • Demonstrated success building and executing co-marketing and co-selling initiatives that deliver measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong executive communication and influence skills, with the ability to align C-level stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Proven track record of defining and exceeding performance metrics related to technology integrations and partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.

Benefits:
  • Competitive total compensation package ranging from $150,100 to $265,600 USD, based on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for performance-based incentive plans.
  • Participation in an employee equity program (stock options).
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Life and income protection insurance.
  • Access to retirement savings plans.
  • Behavioral and emotional wellness support services.
  • Generous paid time off and leave policies.
  • Employee recognition programs and inclusive workplace culture.
