As a Designer, you will play a foundational role in supporting project delivery through hands-on modeling, documentation, and coordination across multiple technology disciplines. This position provides structured mentorship and training to build your technical skills while contributing meaningfully to real-world projects. You will collaborate closely with engineers and production teams, gaining exposure to Telecom/ICT, audiovisual, security, acoustics, network, Wi-Fi, and other technology systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and learning industry-standard tools and workflows, including Revit and BIM processes. You will develop an understanding of spatial coordination, documentation standards, and collaborative project execution. Accountabilities:
  • Assist in preparing and updating Revit models, drawings, and supporting documentation under guidance from senior engineers.
  • Participate in project meetings, coordination sessions, and hands-on learning experiences to build technical knowledge and discipline fundamentals.
  • Support clash detection, markups, and other coordination activities to ensure design accuracy and alignment across disciplines.
  • Maintain organized project files, documentation, and notes reflecting current design intent and standards.
  • Apply structured workflows, templates, and standards consistently to contribute to coordinated project delivery.
  • Shadow and learn from mentors to improve technical skills, project awareness, and production quality.
  • Participate in training journeys and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen personal and team capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or related design field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 02 years of experience in AEC, technology systems, design, or related environments; field or site exposure is a plus.
  • Exposure to Revit, AutoCAD, or other drafting/modeling software; familiarity with BIM coordination concepts is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to track tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ability to learn new software, apply feedback, and follow established workflows.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with team members and project stakeholders.
  • Physical ability to perform occasional site visits, including walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
