Lehigh University's International Affairs department seeks a Program Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support for our portfolio of transformative global programs and initiatives. Reporting to the Administrative Manager, you'll be an integral member of our Institute operations team, contributing expertise to high-impact projects while collaborating with Program Directors and the Executive Director. This role offers the unique opportunity to support initiatives that connect Lehigh students and faculty with global challenges and solutions.
Position Number: S80580
This position is a Grade: 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $46,870-$56,250 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Accountabilities:
• Assist the Administrative Manager with the day-to-day operational needs and financial functions associated with the Iacocca Institute, and programs while ensuring that all transactions are accurate and conform to Lehigh University compliance standards. Serve in a secondary operations role when assigned.
• Support the planning, preparation, execution, and documentation of on- and off-campus events, and programs, including but not limited to the scheduling and management of event spaces, administering event-related correspondence, event set-up, and coordinating food service and media needs.
• Participate in site visits and group trips serving in a primary or secondary support staff role.
• Assist with maintaining and enforcing policies, procedures, and safety practices.
• Responsible for the data management, collation, and documentation of program participants, including online program applications and all supplemental material through acceptance, program participation, and post-program surveys.
• Administer post-program evaluations; collate and present the data and information collected.
• Create and maintain a photo database and archive system, tracking each photo in support of programming initiatives. Maintain news and other content archives for easy reference and use in proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Provide support for onboarding for work-study students, and temporary staff including hiring documentation, payroll, and scheduling.
• Monitor office email accounts and manage inquiries and information, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
• Assist with maintaining and updating the website, monitoring social media platforms, and sending email marketing campaigns.
• Serve as an on-campus ambassador for Iacocca Institute programs and initiatives.
• Manage all expenses related to programs and events, including but not limited to the timely payment of invoices, expense allocations, and the reconciliation of credit card statements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Project management experience
• Experience working with operational teams and managing activities to budget
• Experience collaborating and communicating with internal and external partners to build strategic relationships
