⏰ Flexible Scheduling

• Store Hours: Mon–Fri: 10:00am – 9:00pm, Sat–Sun: 9:00am – 9:00pm
• Shifts may start/end up to 2 hours outside store hours for prep/closing
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays

As a Restaurant & Retail Associate, you’ll bring the brand to life by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Prepare delicious treats including sundaes, shakes, and specialty items
• Recommend products and drive sales through upselling
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain product displays
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support both front-of-house service and back-of-house prep

• High energy, positive attitude, and reliability
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication and basic math skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus (not required!)

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma preferred
