Job Title: Certified Hand Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Hand Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and a passion for helping patients recover from hand and upper extremity injuries. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.

- Implement therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.

- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.

- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

- Stay current with advancements in hand therapy practices and participate in continuing education.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications: - Valid certification as a Hand Therapist (CHT) from an accredited organization. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy. - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics of the hand and upper extremity. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. -Requires regular and predictable attendance.
