The Role
Crescendo is looking for a driven and energetic Customer Support Specialist ll to join one of our growing partner programs. This role sits at the front line of sales growth, helping generate new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and booking conversations with decision-makers at organizations that need secure and sustainable technology lifecycle solutions.
In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting generation. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to build a pipeline, qualify opportunities, and ensure smooth handoffs once meetings are booked. This is a high-impact position for someone who enjoys outbound sales, thrives on measurable results, and is motivated by breaking into new accounts and creating opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and targeted outreach.
- Identify and engage decision-makers at organizations that may need technology lifecycle or asset disposition solutions.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their processes, needs, timelines, and decision-making structure.
- Schedule discovery calls and ensure a smooth handoff to the appropriate sales team member.
- Clearly communicate value propositions related to secure data handling, compliance, sustainability, and asset recovery.
- Tailor messaging based on industry, role, and business challenges.
- Handle early-stage objections and keep conversations moving forward.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead status updates, and next steps in the CRM.
- Support pipeline growth by consistently generating new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve lead flow.
- Participate in team training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Expect From You:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience or strong interest in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, or B2B environments.
- Confidence in engaging with decision-makers and building rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously.
- Comfort using CRM platforms (experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus).
- Experience with outbound cold calling and email prospecting is highly valued.
- Results-driven mindset with motivation to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Resilience, persistence, and a proactive attitude.
- Interest in technology, sustainability, compliance, or operations-focused services is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
