About the Job:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. You’ll be responsible for assisting with property violation assessments, HPD monitoring, light marketing tasks, client report preparation, and internal coordination.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to support both operational workflows and management teams. If you enjoy a mix of administrative work, light marketing, and process coordination—this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Violation Assessments & Filings: Support the team in preparing and submitting documentation for property violation assessments and legal filings.
  • HPD Monitoring: Track HPD deadlines and compliance requirements, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
  • Client Report Preparation: Assist with the creation and review of client reports, focusing on data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Light SEO & Marketing Support: Help maintain the company’s Google Business Profile and assist with basic keyword tagging and social media engagement.
  • Internal Coordination: Provide administrative support to streamline communication and task management, helping reduce management's operational load.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or coordination role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with property management, compliance processes, or government filings is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO concepts and experience maintaining Google Business Profiles or managing light social media tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage follow
  • ups with minimal supervision.

The pay range for this role is:
30,000 - 35,000 PHP per month(Bacolod Office)
30,000 - 35,000 PHP per month(Queens Office)
