POSITION: LPN or CMA
LOCATION: Elizabethtown, Kentucky

QUALIFICATIONS:
• LPN or CMA
• ability to drive a class B RV preferred (clean driving record required)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING:
• assess patient needs, perform interventions, provide referrals
• document patient interactions and provider orders
• manage control logs, task checklists, and supplies (medical, drug screens)
• keep medications, equipment, and other supplies up-to-date
• set up medical equipment and perform controls
• facilitate telehealth appointments
• assist the provider in physical assessments using MedWand equipment
• phlebotomy, treatments, injections
• run KASPER reports
• encourage patients in their journey to better health, wellness, medication usage, and life choices
• assist in tracking and coordinating data

SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M.
