The Program Manager will provide ongoing support and supervision to clients and employees that provide supportive living services (SLS) to adults with developmental disabilities living in their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate that is looking to join a fast-growing company, and help build the program and grow the business. Experience partnering with the regional center is a PLUS+

Primary Responsibilities

• Managing 24 hour services with the support of a case manager and our company managment support team.
• Assessing current trends and developing plans that ensure the progress and success of clients.
• Reviewing budgets and business plans.
• Responsible to establish a culture of top level quality service delivery.
• Forming relationships with employees and external customers (regional center personnel, etc.) to maximize business performance and positive company reputation.
• Advocate and support clients rights so that they are treated fairly.
• Direct supervision of caregivers that provide direct services to our clients. IS A PLUS

Education: We are looking for experience
Experience: Minimum of 2 year of management experience in the assisted living community overseeing a workforce of employees in multi-cities.
Experience running a business is a PLUS!

Requirements: Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and must be able to respond to emergencies.
