As an Acquisition Manager, you will sit at the center of deal flow, building and owning the pipeline, cultivating broker and owner relationships, underwriting opportunities, and driving execution from first call through closing and transition into asset management.

Responsibility

• Build market coverage across targeted markets aligned with investment strategy

• Support LOI drafting and negotiation

• Underwrite investment opportunities

• Present concise investment summaries to Investment Committee

• Travel for property tours, broker meetings, and conferences

• Coordinate third-party reports and diligence workflows

• Review leases, rent rolls, operating statements, and capital needs

Skill Set

• 3–5 years in acquisitions, brokerage, or principal-related work

• Strong Excel modeling and analytical ability

• Clear communicator

• Experience with retail, industrial, flex, or office is preferred
