JOB DETAILS
Title: Executive Coordinator
Position Type: Part Time, 30 hours/week
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, between 11:00 AM and 7:30 PM (exact hours may vary daily; not to exceed 30 hours/week). Occasionally, weekends.
Salary Range: $23–$25/hour
Reporting Location: In-Person, Carlsbad, CA
Verdani Partners is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Coordinator to provide direct personal and business support to the CEO. This role requires someone who can comfortably manage a wide range of responsibilities, maintain professionalism in dynamic environments, and provide exceptional communication and organizational support.
This position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Operations team on administrative, logistical, and event-related projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Personal Assistant Support
- Provide day-to-day personal and family assistance for the CEO.
- Manage scheduling needs, including coordinating appointments and maintaining an accurate calendar.
- Assist with pick-ups and drop-offs for the CEO’s two teenage sons.
- Manage, schedule, and post content on the CEO’s professional social media accounts.
- Run personal errands related to family, household, vehicle, and other personal needs.
Event Planning & Support
- Support the planning and execution of external community events, company events, and nonprofit-related activities.
- Capture updates, photos, and highlights on social media during events.
Administrative & Operations Support
- Serve as backup support for the Operations and Events Coordinator.
- Assist with mailing correspondence, administrative errands, and general office tasks as needed.
- Support tasks related to the CEO’s university course at USD, including course materials, scheduling, and other coordination needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- High school diploma.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Schedule flexibility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort and confidence managing social media content on behalf of another individual.
- Ability to capture clear, professional-quality photos and short videos via smartphone.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Preferred:
- Prior experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative coordinator.
- Interest in alignment with sustainability-focused initiatives.

- Fluency in Portuguese

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
During the execution of job responsibilities, the employee should expect the following conditions and demands associated with the role:
Remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time at a desk and working on a computer
Repetitive motions involving the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
Occasional light to moderate lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be necessary
Close vision requirements due to computer work
Adequate hearing for effective communication in-person and/or on the telephone
Ability to move objects weighting up to 25 pounds occasionally, 10 pounds frequently, and/or 5 pounds continuously.
The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting where moderate noise levels may be present.
