  • Model company values and ensure teams operate with the right culture, principles, and behaviors
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience in high-growth, complex B2B SaaS environments
  • 3+ years managing and developing product teams, including senior Product Managers
  • Proven ability to define product vision and drive teams to deliver measurable business outcomes (revenue, retention, adoption)
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with execution discipline; able to set direction and ensure results
  • Deep customer empathy and commitment to staying close to users
  • Experience partnering with go-to-market teams to influence GTM strategy and inform product insights
  • Skilled in frameworks and processes that enable teams to move quickly, deliver consistently, and maintain high quality
  • Bonus: experience with access management, identity, GRC, security, or compliance products
  • Comfortable exploring AI opportunities to amplify team performance and product impact, applying sound judgment responsibly
Benefits:
  • Competitive industry salary and equity package
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with most employee-only premiums fully covered
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents
  • Health & wellness stipend, remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend
  • Flexible PTO policy, plus 80 hours of sick time and 11 company-paid holidays
  • Commuter benefits for those near office locations and family planning support
  • Matching 401(k) contributions with immediate vesting
  • Virtual team building activities, lunch & learns, and company-wide events
  • Remote-first work environment with global office access in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney
