About This Position

Compensation:$50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with licensed Occupational Therapists to implement individualized therapy plans that support each child's unique developmental needs.
- Engage children in therapeutic activities designed to enhance motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills in a fun and supportive environment.
- Monitor and document each child's progress, providing valuable insights and feedback to the therapy team to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where children feel safe, encouraged, and motivated to reach their full potential.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and support to help them reinforce therapy goals at home.
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing observations and contributing to the development of comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space that promotes learning and engagement for all children involved in the program.
- Experience in working with children, particularly those with autism, in a therapeutic setting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with licensed Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of engaging children in activities that enhance motor skills and sensory processing.
- Strong communication skills to provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers.
- Ability to monitor and document progress, offering valuable insights to the therapy team.
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for children.
