Line Lead I – Manufacturing

Middleton, WI | Full-Time

We’re looking for a motivated Line Lead I to support daily manufacturing operations, guide team performance, and ensure production goals are met with efficiency and quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coaching others while driving continuous improvement.

? What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Building Supervisor or Production Group Leader to understand operational goals and KPIs
• Support team members in completing daily production tasks
• Monitor production schedules and help prioritize order builds
• Identify and resolve production barriers in real time
• Drive efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes that meet company and customer standards
• Coach and develop employees through goal setting, feedback, and performance management
• Identify training gaps and implement improvement plans
• Promote and uphold quality standards across the department
• Encourage and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Recognize and reward team and individual achievements
• Enforce company policies and safety standards
• Manage multiple priorities independently

Education & Experience

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field (preferred, not required)
• 1–2 years of production or manufacturing experience required

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
