IT Systems Administrator in Huntsville, Alabama at Ai Signal Research Inc

Education: High School Diploma or GED. Associate degree or higher in Information Systems Management or equivalent desired.

Months/Years of Experience: Entry level. One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience desired.

Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen. Security Clearance. The applicant must understand IT/Network configuration and cyber-security best practices. Proficiency with MS Office Suite of Tools configuration and support is essential.

Skills Needed: General IT and Network hardware/software systems and cyber-security aptitude. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across broad group of functional experts (e.g., accounting, human resources, business development, program management) as users of the supported IT/Network systems. Demonstrated ability to focus attention to detail in performance of duties.

Duties: Key duties will include: General IT/Network administration and security support; IT asset tracking, documentation, and configuration management; MS Office suite of tools administration and support; IT policy implementation and training support; Help desk and technical assistance to IT Users; Web site development and support; and Corporate data management operations support. This position works collaboratively with an out-sourced external IT managed service provider in performing duties.

Desired Qualifications: MS Office SharePoint administrator expertise, Military/DoD Government/Industry CMMC IT cyber-security requirements understanding, database development/general programming skill, web site design and management skills, CompTIA and equivalent certifications, and programming experience (C++, Java, etc.).
