Position Summary:
The Loaner Coordinator is responsible for managing the dealership’s loaner vehicle program, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers requiring temporary transportation while their vehicles are being serviced. This role involves coordinating vehicle availability, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of loaner vehicles to service customers
• Verify customer eligibility and ensure all required documentation is completed (insurance, driver’s license, agreements, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle usage, availability, and status
• Conduct vehicle check-in and check-out inspections, noting any damages or issues
• Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly maintained at all times
• Communicate with the service department regarding vehicle availability and customer needs
• Monitor and track loaner fleet utilization and report any discrepancies
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for loaner vehicles
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and insurance requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns related to loaner vehicles
