Boynton Beach, Florida 33437Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead the strategic direction, operational execution, and financial performance of end-to-end revenue cycle functions across our Medical Group and MSO.This executive will own the full revenue lifecycle—from patient access and scheduling through claims processing, reimbursement, and reconciliation—ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustained financial performance. The SVP will serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving scalable infrastructure, optimizing vendor and global partnerships, and aligning revenue cycle strategy with organizational growth and value-based care initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Operational Oversight
- Provide executive oversight of all RCM functions, including Revenue Optimization, AR Management, Coding, Training, Unpostables, Refunds, and Overpayments
- Lead the development and execution of a standardized, scalable billing model across all markets and practice operations
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce denials, and accelerate cash flow
- Serve as a subject matter expert on payer reimbursement, claim processing, and collections strategy
- Own full P&L responsibility for Revenue Cycle operations
- Partner with Finance to develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, benchmarking against industry standards
- Lead Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) to identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing RCM teams, including both internal staff and outsourced/vendor partners
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities across the organization
- Partner with Population Health to ensure alignment with value-based care (VBC) metrics and risk-based contracts
- Collaborate with Operations and Implementation teams to optimize workflows and onboard new provider groups
- Support executive presentations, business development initiatives, and industry engagements
- Ensure adherence to all federal and state regulations related to billing and reimbursement
- Optimize utilization of revenue cycle systems and technologies (including athenaNet preferred)
- Drive innovation through data analytics, workflow redesign, and automation
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred
- 8–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Proven experience within physician practices, medical groups, MSOs, or health systems
- Strong expertise in end-to-end RCM operations, financial performance management, and payer dynamics
- Experience managing global or outsourced RCM partnerships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and RCM platforms (athenaNet preferred)
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead through complexity, scale operations, and drive measurable outcomes
- High level of adaptability in fast-paced, evolving healthcare environments
