Role Description:
UP.Labs is hiring a Head of Product for a stealth startup in the AI logistics space, building an AI platform for freight operations optimization. Freight is the lifeblood of the global economy, yet many processes are still reactive and manual with numerous hand-offs and unforeseen system disturbances. We’re here to change that with AI, data science, and agentic orchestration. Our mission is bold but simple: turn reactive freight operations into predictable, optimized results.
This is a rare opportunity to own the product vision from day one, building a category-defining platform at the intersection of AI and enterprise logistics systems such as TMS, telematics. You’ll also have access to the UP.Partners ecosystem - an expansive team across product, engineering, design, analytics, marketing, legal, talent, finance, and venture capital available to help advise & scale the portfolio organization quickly.

In this role you will:
- Own the product vision and roadmap, translating the company mission into a clear strategy and execution plan.
- Scope, prototype, and launch MVPs, learning rapidly from enterprise customers and dealer networks while iterating quickly.
- Design solutions for enterprise adoption that integrate with TMS, Telematics and other operations ecosystems and scale across.
- Deliver quick wins that prove value while laying the foundation for a modern, scalable agentic platform.
- Partner with engineering and data science to build ML-powered optimization solutions.
- Serve as a hands-on builder initially, then recruit and grow a high-performing product team across PM, design, and data.
- Act like a founder by aligning executives, investors, and customers, serving as the voice of product strategy internally and externally.
Who you are:
- A 0-to-1 builder who has taken enterprise SaaS products from idea to MVP to market fit.
- Fluent in AI and data, with experience applying machine learning, optimization, or agentic systems to complex workflows.
- Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments such as operations and supply chain.
- A storyteller and influencer who inspires trust across executives, engineers, and customers.
- Hands-on and entrepreneurial, equally comfortable interviewing users, writing PRDs and other documentation, and setting strategic direction.
- 10+ years of product leadership experience with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS.
- Experience building and scaling data-first or AI-driven platforms from 0 to 1.
- Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering and data science.
- Background in enterprise platforms (manufacturing or supply chain experience a plus).
- Experience balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform architecture.
- Comfort navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and customer adoption.
- Transform a multi-billion-dollar industry with AI and intelligent configuration.
- Build the category-defining operational efficiency and optimization platform from the ground up.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with top enterprises, logistics companies, and investors to shape the future of optimized logistics.
- Equity ownership in a high-growth venture with global impact.
