Production Coordinator at HTI Intermediate LLC – Caseyville, Illinois

Job Overview:

Intech Anchoring Systems is the exclusive producer of an innovative drain tile product called Hydraway. This patented product is utilized on sportsfields from high schools to professional sports as well as used for premium waterproofing of basements and crawlspaces.

Intech is looking for a dedicated individual to lead the production of our Hydraway product. The right individual will have a minimum of 5 years of experience operating a manufacturing line.

Responsibilities:

• Safety of all production team members is a priority for this role
• Exercise extreme care of the quality of every foot of Hydraway produced
• Adjust pressure, speed, temperature, and other inputs necessary to maximize productivity and minimize waste
• Record and monitor waste, machine down time, daily production yields, quality, and various other KPIs to ensure efficient operation of the manufacturing line
• Submit clean organized data to the office daily reporting on all production metrics
• Coordinate raw materials needs with purchasing
• Inspect all incoming raw goods meet tolerances and document any variances
• Ensure production team properly finishes and packages final products
• Constantly monitor the production area for organization and efficiency
• Schedule preventative maintenance as needed
• Other responsibilities as needed to support the overall operations of the business

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of machine operator experience. Preference for candidates that have worked with plastics and/or geotextiles
• Experience with material accumulators, pullers, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, drives, PLCs, and other similar systems would be beneficial.
• Understanding of and ability to follow and create systems and processes
• Forklift and OSHA training helpful but not required
• Ability to engage all levels of internal and external customers in a professional manner
• Position requires standing, walking, kneeling, and other physical tasks constantly throughout the day.
• Positive attitude, coachability, and strong work ethic are key character traits
