Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Manager

Job Summary
A Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe, organized work environment. May be some small tool repairs, general housekeeping of surrounding work area indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment such as warehouse and extended reach forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks
• Maintain inventory records and assist with stock counts and audits
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times
• Label, tag, and document inventory properly
• Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks, including loading equipment and tools for job sites

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Exposure to varying temperatures, working in a warehouse and outdoors that are affected by the weather.
