This role sits at the forefront of a high-growth aftermarket services expansion across Europe, focused on driving new business within the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector. You will act as a key market architect, responsible for identifying untapped opportunities and converting them into long-term strategic partnerships. Operating in a hunter-led capacity, you will engage senior stakeholders across target accounts and translate complex customer needs into scalable service solutions. The role requires strong commercial acumen, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to influence both internal technical teams and external decision-makers. You will play a central role in shaping regional growth strategy while directly contributing to revenue expansion. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new aftermarket services opportunities across target accounts in the EMS sector. You will act as a strategic connector between market insights, customer needs, and internal delivery capabilities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across strategic accounts.
- Develop deep market and customer intelligence, including manufacturing strategies and product roadmaps.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored end-to-end service solutions in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
- Execute regional and sector-based go-to-market strategies aligned with global leadership priorities.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals to support long-term revenue growth objectives.
You bring strong experience in business development within EMS and aftermarket services, with a proven ability to generate new revenue streams in complex technical environments. You operate confidently in hunter-style roles and excel at opening new markets and building senior-level relationships.
- Proven experience in business development within EMS and/or aftermarket services.
- Strong hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business and expanding markets.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or complex engineering-driven industries.
- Ability to build multi-level stakeholder relationships in global B2B environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
