- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client service requests across small and large accounts.

- Coordinate issuance of new business policies and ensure all required documentation is completed correctly.
- Answer client questions related to coverage, policy terms, and service requests with clarity and professionalism.

Requirements:
- Current State Insurance License or willingness and ability to obtain required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
- Previous experience in client service, account management, insurance operations, or a related customer-facing environment preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn internal systems, carrier platforms, and insurance software quickly.
- Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines effectively.
