About This Position
Summary: Our COTA provides in-home and in-center therapy for older adults on an ongoing basis in an effort to help regain or maintain their abilities to remain independent with ADL’s and IADL’s, range of motion, strength and interventions established by a treatment plan from the OT/L. This is a Mon-Fri daylight (7:30am-4:00pm) position. Mileage reimbursement is provided at the federal rate.

Required Experience: Minimum of one year working with the frail or elder population.
Required Licensure/Certifications
Current OTA licensure issued by the state of PA.Valid PA Driver’s License
