Position Highlights
Texas Health Alliance is a 151-bed, full-service hospital located in North Fort Worth, providing trusted care since 2012. We offer convenient access to care for residents in Keller, North Richland Hills, Haslet, Roanoke, and surrounding areas.
We offer advanced services across wellness, outpatient surgery, women's imaging, and radiology, establishing our hospital as a destination for comprehensive care. Our facility features a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Level III Trauma services, providing critical care close to home for North Fort Worth families.
Texas Health Alliance is Joint Commission-accredited and holds multiple prestigious certifications, including Level III Maternal Designation, Disease-Specific Certifications for Acute Heart Attack Ready (AHAR) and Stroke care, Baby-Friendly Facility designation, and Pathways to Excellence recognition. We are also proud to be named to the Premier Top 100, reflecting our commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care in North Fort Worth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the asset management team to include interviewing, hiring, performance management and preparation and presentation of employee evaluations. Oversees staff schedules and ensures proper coverage of the asset management department.
Reviews and prioritizes furniture/equipment requests across the hospital. Works closely with VP of Professional Svs. and facilities to create and implement furniture replacement plans and strategies house wide. Enters furniture/equipment orders in SCMIS and ECER systems.
Prepare operating and capital budgets for Asset Management department. Manage the approved budget and adjust strategies as needed to med budget expectations. Responsible for managing equipment/furniture budget.
Monitors Real Time Locating System (RLTS), Teletracking, and other systems associated with asset/equipment movement. Become super user for RTLS.
Champion process improvement efforts around our furniture and equipment assets including standardization of processes as well as leading cost saving efforts in the department and hospital.
Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
Associate's Degree Preferred
Experience
1 Year distribution experience in a supervisor role Required
Utilizing Real Time Locating System and Grand Central experience a Plus
Skills
Proactive problem solving; good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills; time management and organizational skills
