The Role

We're looking for a skilled, passionate Line Cook to join our PM kitchen crew. You'll be the backbone of our food & beverage operation — preparing everything from scratch with pride, executing recipes with precision, and contributing to a dining experience our guests will remember.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, proteins, vegetables, sauces, and desserts
• Executing recipes accurately and maintaining consistent quality on every plate
• Managing mise en place and keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
• Portioning and plating dishes to spec, with attention to presentation
• Monitoring cooking times, temperatures, and food safety standards at all times
• Properly storing, labeling, and rotating all food items between shifts
• Collaborating with the kitchen team during service to keep things moving smoothly
• Supporting prep work including butchering, baking, and vegetable prep as needed
