This role is a high-impact, end-to-end sales position focused on driving growth within the wealth management industry. You will engage directly with leading advisory firms, helping them adopt advanced portfolio rebalancing and tax-optimization technology designed to transform how they manage client assets. Operating as a strategic partner to senior executives and financial advisors, you will guide prospects through complex sales cycles while shaping tailored solutions that address deep investment workflow challenges. The role combines consultative selling, relationship management, and technical solution positioning in a fast-evolving SaaS and fintech environment. You will also collaborate closely with internal leadership, product, and marketing teams to refine messaging, track pipeline performance, and strengthen go-to-market execution. This is an opportunity to influence both client success and company growth in a highly specialized, mission-driven space.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and ongoing client relationship management.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships within wealth management firms, including RIAs, advisors, and portfolio managers.
- Identify client pain points and deliver tailored demonstrations of a tax-optimized portfolio management platform.
- Develop strategic sales plans, generate proposals, and lead contract negotiations to secure new business.
- Support onboarding and training efforts in collaboration with client services to ensure successful adoption.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with clients to support retention, asset growth, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to track pipeline activity, sales metrics, and market feedback.
This role requires a seasoned B2B sales professional with deep experience in financial services or enterprise SaaS, ideally within wealth management or investment-related solutions. Candidates should bring strong consultative selling capabilities, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in wealth management technology, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
- Strong understanding of investment management processes, including portfolio construction, tax optimization, and trade execution.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with experience engaging senior executives and financial advisors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and standard business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Nice to have: Series 7 or Series 65 certification and experience with sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
