- Manage clinical study sites by conducting qualification visits, activation processes, and ongoing monitoring to ensure protocol compliance and study readiness.
- Support patient enrollment, follow-up visits, and data collection activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Provide clinical and procedural training to research sites, ensuring proper understanding of study protocols and safe device usage.
- Monitor data quality, including adverse events, deviations, withdrawals, and enrollment metrics, while supporting corrective action plans when needed.
- Serve as a scientific and clinical expert, assisting with patient screening, procedural guidance, and interpretation of neuromodulation therapies.
- Collaborate with internal clinical teams to support protocol development, case report forms, and study strategy execution.
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between field teams, medical affairs, sales, and research stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, Nursing, or a related scientific discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of clinical research or equivalent experience, ideally including exposure to neuromodulation, neurological disorders, or chronic pain therapies.
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), clinical trial regulations, and study execution standards.
- Experience in field-based clinical or scientific roles with the ability to support multi-site studies and travel extensively (up to 75–90%).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with physicians, investigators, and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
- Ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
- Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $78,000 to $156,000 USD depending on experience and location.
