The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Communications who can capture our energy, amplify our
voice and share our story in a way that’s as dynamic as the events we create. This is a leadership role for someone who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and team motivator—someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, meet a deadline, and jump into the action when needed.
You’ll shape how the world sees us—across digital, print, PR, and on-the-ground
experiences—while celebrating both the glamour and the grit that make our work so rewarding.
What You’ll Do
Develop and lead a bold, cohesive communications strategy that reflects our brand’s personality and growth goals
Oversee all messaging across social media, website, email, PR, and marketing materials
Tell compelling stories about our events, team, clients, and community impact
Manage media relations, press opportunities, and partnerships
Lead content creation—from campaign concepts to real-time event storytelling
Collaborate with sales, culinary, and operations teams to bring campaigns to life
Mentor and inspire a creative communications team
Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
Capture the magic and the mayhem—because both are part of the story

Qualifications
7+ years in communications, marketing, or PR (hospitality or events experience a plus)
Proven leadership experience managing teams and campaigns
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience with media relations and brand strategy
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent
