What You’ll Do

1. Support IT due diligence for acquisitions, identifying systems, risks, and integration needs
2. Coordinate Day 1 readiness by building project plans, timelines, and dependencies
3. Lead post-close IT integration workstreams, partnering with internal teams and vendors
4. Track progress, risks, and key milestones, keeping stakeholders informed
5. Facilitate communication between IT, business leaders, and corporate partners
6. Maintain organized documentation aligned with internal standards and compliance requirements
7. 
   

What You Bring

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2. 5+ years of IT project management experience
3. Experience supporting mergers & acquisitions, including IT due diligence and integration planning
4. Strong ability to influence stakeholders across IT, Corporate Development, Legal, Security, and Compliance teams
5. Comfortable working in complex environments with multiple priorities and dependencies
6. Experience presenting project progress and risk updates to senior leadership or executive teams
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance detail orientation and big-picture thinking
8. 
   

Tools & Experience

1. MS Project, Visio, Excel, SharePoint
2. Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical path (CPM) scheduling
3. Epic/Story development in Agile environments
4. Enterprise-level project documentation and reporting
5. Experience reporting project progress to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
