This role sits at the intersection of agile delivery, business analysis, and team leadership within high-impact federal digital transformation programs. You will guide multidisciplinary teams working on mission-critical software initiatives that modernize government services. Acting as both facilitator and delivery leader, you will ensure smooth execution of Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and maintain team momentum in fast-paced environments. You will translate user needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements while supporting delivery through testing, deployment, and training phases. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured yet dynamic Agile environments and enjoys balancing technical understanding with people leadership. You will also serve as a Scrum Master, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
You will lead Agile delivery efforts and ensure project teams operate efficiently while meeting technical and business objectives. This includes facilitating ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional work, and supporting end-to-end delivery activities. You will also help ensure alignment between stakeholders, development teams, and business needs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release planning
- Serve as Scrum Master, removing blockers and ensuring team productivity and delivery flow
- Gather, analyze, and document user needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Coordinate testing, training, and production deployment activities across teams
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on delivery progress
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and support resolution across technical and business teams
- Support junior analysts and contribute to project deliverable development
- Coach teams on Agile best practices, collaboration, and self-organization
You bring strong experience in Agile project environments, with the ability to balance delivery execution, stakeholder communication, and team facilitation. You are comfortable working in technical contexts and guiding teams through complex software delivery cycles. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience in project leadership, business analysis, or Agile delivery roles
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum experience required)
- Ability to understand technical concepts, web architecture, and system dependencies
- Experience coordinating software development lifecycle activities including testing and deployment
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain delivery momentum
- Certifications such as CSM, ACP, PMP, SAFe, Lean, or Six Sigma are a plus
- U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Competitive salary range of $100,000–$140,000 annually (based on experience and skills)
