Event Technology Specialist in Remote, Georgia at Elevate IME LLC

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to support our meeting and event technology. This position will build and manage content across websites, event applications and onsite badge printing systems, specifically, but not limited to the Cvent platform.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in meeting or event planning with expert knowledge of Cvent. The right candidate is tech-savvy and passionate about delivering seamless user experiences.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• 4+ years of experience in the event technology space - expert knowledge in Cvent
• Proficient in building complex registration sites, exhibitor portals, and mobile applications
• Able to utilize data in different applications and databases as needed.
• Excellent computer skills working in the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within internal and client team environment, creating and implementing event timelines for deliverables.
• Bridge the gap between technology and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide critical thinking to meet event needs, offering solutions and suggestions to improve the user’s experience
• Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cvent Certifications
• HTML experience
• Registration coordinator, or project management experience
• BA or BS degree

Job Functions:

• Build and manage event registration websites, mobile apps and onsite badge printing capabilities using Cvent
• Responsible for the event tech for multiple projects, delivering exceptional detail and accuracy to deliverables.
• Travel onsite as needed to support live events, manage registration, mobile apps, and onsite badge printing delivery
• Work in conjunction with the event project manager to ensure all event technology requirements and delivery timelines are met.
• Provide QC of all content across websites, emails, and reports to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented work environment across internal and client team
