DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations
• Manage waitlist and reservations efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
• Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints
• Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
