About This Position

Collation Specialist

We are hiring a Collation Specialist to own the integrity, accuracy, and scalability of pack collation systems. This role is responsible for drop tables, rarity mapping, odds validation, and ensuring consistency across languages, regions, and manufacturing partners.

We are a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006. From My Hero Academia and Godzilla to Star Trek and Street Fighter, we have built a reputation for blending deep tactical gameplay with fan-favorite universes.

Following the global launch of Riftbound (the League of Legends Trading Card Game) on October 31st, 2025, we are entering a phase of explosive expansion. We are looking for builders, people ready to disrupt the TCG market with creativity, agility, and precision.

We don't just sell games; we build ecosystems where players and fans thrive.
What you’ll do:

  • Own and maintain all drop tables, rarity distributions, and packout logic for TCG products

  • Define, document, and validate odds structures across SKUs, languages, and regions

  • Partner with game design, product, production and QA to translate design intent into manufacturable collation rules

  • Review factory collation specs, simulations, print forms and test runs to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Audit engineering samples to confirm odds integrity and detect anomalies early

  • Build scalable systems and documentation to support future expansions and new product formats

  • Act as the subject-matter expert for all questions related to collation and rarity logic

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience designing or managing card-game collation systems, rarity structures, or pack odds

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with probability, ratios, and large data sets

  • High attention to detail and zero-tolerance mindset for errors impacting player trust

  • Ability to clearly document complex systems for internal teams and external partners

  • Experience working with manufacturers to validate technical requirements

  • Calm, methodical problem-solver who thrives in high-precision environments

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with global TCG manufacturing or multi-language product lines

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements around odds disclosure

  • Experience auditing factory collation or running simulations

  • Passion for player-facing fairness
