AI Multimedia Producer at Digital Resource

Digital Resource is seeking an AI Multimedia Producer to support the execution of AI-assisted multimedia content across paid ads, social media, and digital marketing channels. This role is execution-focused and designed for a hands-on creator who can produce high-quality AI-assisted videos, images, and graphics while following established creative briefs, workflows, and brand guidelines.

The AI Multimedia Producer will focus on delivering creative assets efficiently and consistently using approved AI tools and existing processes.

• Create AI-assisted videos, images, and graphics using approved tools such as Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, CapCut, or similar platforms.

• Edit and adapt AI-generated and traditional multimedia content for:

  • Paid advertising

  • Social media platforms

  • Websites and landing pages

• Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, captions, and light animation to support storytelling and performance goals.

• Deliver creative assets according to provided briefs, timelines, and quality standards.

• Follow established SOPs, creative workflows, and approval processes.

• Organize files and assets using Digital Resource’s naming conventions and file management standards.

• Collaborate with Creative, Ads, and Social teams to support ongoing campaign needs and revisions.

• Manage assigned tasks and communication through Basecamp and Slack.

• 4+ years of experience in multimedia production, video editing, or graphic design roles.

• Proven hands-on experience using AI tools for video and/or image generation.

• Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.

• Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalents.

• Ability to follow creative direction, brand guidelines, and documented processes.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables.

• Reliable communication and responsiveness in a remote work environment.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Experience working with some or all of the following tools is preferred:

• AI tools: Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, CapCut

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Canva

• Basecamp, Slack

• Google Docs, Google Sheets
